• Nicholas A. Rey, APAC President, and current Principal at Intellibridge Corporation, an internet provider of global business intelligence solutions, Director of the Executive Secretariat at the United States Treasury Department during the 1960s, investment banker for 25 years with Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns, Vice Chairman of the Polish American Enterprise Fund between 1990 and 1993, and United States Ambassador to Poland from 1993 to 1997.
• Edward L. Rowny, APAC Vice President and Lieutenant General (Ret.), United States Army, Commander of the 24th Infantry Division from 1965 to 1970, Joint Chiefs of Staff Representative to the Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT II) in Geneva, Switzerland from 1973 to 1979, and United States Ambassador to the Soviet Union for Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (START) from 1985-1990. He received the Presidential Citizens Medal in 1989 from Ronald Reagan.
• Marilyn Piurek, APAC Secretary, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Democratic National Committee's Ethnic Coordinating Committee, founding member of Polish Americans for Clinton/Gore, and writer on ethnic politics.
• Zbigniew A. Cymerman, APAC Director, and Founder and Chairman/CEO of NATO Expansion Engineering & Program Management Corporation (NEE & PMC) and CYMPAK, Inc. in the USA, and in Poland, principal owner and director of PROKOR Sp. Z o.o. and CYMPAK Sp. Z o.o., which are respectively A&E, and Environmental Consulting and IS/IT companies in Warsaw. He retired from the United States Navy with the rank of Commander.
• Joseph J. Macielag, a five-term President of the Western New York Division of the Polish American Congress, Inc. (PAC) and the former Treasurer and Membership Chairman of the PAC. Chairman and founding member of the Coalition to Halt Hate Talk Radio, past President of the Niagara Frontier Folk Art Council, Inc., a member of the National Polish American-Jewish American Council, the Polish American-Jewish American Council of WNY; Professional & Businessmen's Assn.; Polish Union of America; Polish Arts Club; Chopin Singing Society; Knights of Columbus.
• Michael Szporer, APAC Director, and Founder of SIEC (Polish-American network) electronic bulletin with over 3000 subscribers, and currently Associate Professor of English, University of Maryland. He was awarded three Fulbright Fellowships and two IREX Fellowships for advanced research in France, Poland, Macedonia, the USSR, and Lithuania. As Washington Director of the Foundation for Free Speech, he was an advisor to the Solidarity Union (Solidarnosc) leadership. He is also currently involved in the oral history of Solidarity.
