Disrespect for our history cannot be tolerated! Ignoring our appeals, letters, and messages cannot be tolerated! The sudden, unannounced removal of the “Partisans” monument CANNOT BE TOLERATED! The Polish people of Boston have contributed to the welfare and development of this fair city. We have lived and died as Americans. We are citizens of Boston. Our history is Boston’s history. This act of discrimination and disrespect must be rectified. Return "Partisans" to the Bostonians & Tourists. It’s time for your public apology, Mayor Menino, Sarah Hutt and others responsible for this degradation. To ignore us is to fuel the fires of discrimination, and to destroy the image of America in the world.
